Steve Casebolt Wraps Up
2017 Campaign at Charlotte
(November
5, 2017) Steve Casebolt and his #c9 team entered their
final two races of the 2017 season from November 2-4 in the 11th
edition of the 'World Finals' at the pristine Dirt Track at Charlotte
in Concord, North Carolina. The World of Outlaws Craftsman Late
Model Series held their season-ending races at the 4/10-mile speedplant
and 75 competitors signed into the pit area to do battle. When things
kicked off on Thursday evening with two rounds of qualifying, Steve
knocked down the nineteenth quickest lap in Group A during the first
session and the eighteenth fastest time in Group B during the final
session.
On Friday night in the first of two $12,000 to win programs, Steve
placed fifth in his heat race and second in his B-Main to earn a
coveted transfer spot into the 50-lap feature event. The Richmond,
Indiana ace then moved past seven competitors during the contest
to score a fifteenth place performance. In the $12,000 to win finale
on Saturday evening, Steve unfortunately failed to transfer into
the 50-lapper after running fifth in his stacked heat race and sixth
in his B-Main. Complete results from the Charlotte-area facility
can be obtained by pointing your web browser to www.woolms.com.

Casebolt Advances into
$100k Dirt Track World Championship
(October
22, 2017) The c9 Enterprises team made their way to Portsmouth
Raceway Park in Portsmouth, Ohio on October 20-21 for the 37th Annual
'Dirt Track World Championship.' A stellar 72 car field assembled
at the 3/8-mile facility on the banks of the Ohio River to compete
in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series season finale, which once
again boasted a gigantic $100,000 windfall. On Friday night, Steve
Casebolt placed third in his first heat race of the evening, while
he ran second in his final prelim. By virtue of amassing the thirteenth
most passing points, Steve earned the rights to the inside of the
seventh row for the start of Saturday's 100-lap headliner. The Richmond,
Indiana ace then advanced inside of the top ten before eventually
running into troubles, pitting on several occasions, and winding
up twenty-first in the final finishing order. Full results from
the lucrative DTWC weekend can be obtained by visiting www.lucasdirt.com.

Steve Casebolt Runs Into
Issues During Chi-Town Showdown
(October
15, 2017) On October 13-14, the #c9 team was in the pit
area at the pristine Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, Illinois,
as the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series sanctioned the
two-day 'Chi-Town Showdown.' In Friday night's $10,000 to win weekend
opener, Steve Casebolt exploded a wheel during qualifying, but later
moved up to finish fifth in his heat race - despite getting caught
up in a wreck. Steve then slowed on the nineteenth circuit after
losing his brakes and was eventually placed twenty-first in the
final rundown of the 50-lap main event. The 'Chi-Town Showdown'
finale on Saturday evening, which was scheduled to boast another
$10,000 winner's share, was washed out early in the day due to inclement
weather and will not be rescheduled. Full results from Joliet can
be accessed by pointing your Internet browser to www.woolms.com.

Casebolt Debuts New MasterSbilt

(October
9, 2017) Steve Casebolt and the c9 Enterprises team debuted
a brand-new MasterSbilt racecar on October 7-8 during the 'DIRTcar
Fall Nationals' at the hallowed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio!
On Saturday evening, Steve knocked down the ninth fastest lap overall
during the American Late Model Series (ALMS) qualifying session
prior to scoring the victory in heat race action. He was then running
eighth in the $5,000 to win main event when the race was postponed
due to heavy rainfall after only sixteen circuits. When the 40-lap
affair was restarted on Sunday afternoon, Steve drove up to the
fifth position before eventually settling for a solid sixth place
performance behind only winner Jeep Van Wormer, Bobby Pierce, Kent
Robinson, Jon Henry, and Jacob Hawkins. Full results from yesterday's
rain-postponed 'DIRTcar Fall Nationals' can be obtained by clicking

Steve Casebolt Competes
During 47th Running of World 100
(September
10, 2017) The #c9 team made the journey to the hallowed
grounds of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on September 7-9 for
the "Granddaddy of Them All" - the 47th Annual 'World
100.' The most prestigious event in our industry got underway with
a pair of Twin 25 preliminary programs with each feature winner
receiving $10,000 for their efforts. On Thursday night, Steve Casebolt
placed second in his heat race prior to slipping back to thirteenth
in the 25-lap main event. At the "Big E" on Friday evening,
Steve was unfortunately unable to transfer into the 25-lapper after
running eighth in his heat race and ninth in his B-Main.
When the calendar flipped to Saturday, the largest
crowd in the history of the storied 1/2-mile speedplant was on hand
to witness the 'World 100,' which boasted a hefty $50,000 windfall.
Steve finished eighth in his stacked heat race and twenty-second
in his B-Main. Unfortunately, the Richmond, Indiana standout was
not able to earn a starting spot into the 100-lap headliner, which
was eventually won by Jonathan Davenport. Complete results from
the three-day crown jewel spectacular can be accessed online at
www.eldoraspeedway.com.

Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, Oakshade Raceway in Wauseon,
Ohio, and Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio from September 1-3 for
a trio of American Late Model Series (ALMS) specials. On Friday
night in a $5,000 to win shootout at Attica, Steve Casebolt earned
Fast Time honors in qualifying, ran second in his heat race, and
later finished fourth in the 30-lapper behind only winner Jon Henry,
Corey Conley, and Steve Kester. In a $2,000 to win program on Saturday
at Oakshade, Steve placed third in his heat race and seventeenth
in the headliner. At Eldora in the $3,000 to win 'Baltes Classic'
on Sunday evening, Steve won his heat race in preliminary action,
but later retired early from the 30-lap sprint in the twenty-first
position. Full results from all three Labor Day holiday weekend

in a $1,000 to win weekly Super Late Model showdown, Steve ran second
in his heat race and a strong runner-up in the headliner behind
only victor Kody Evans. On Saturday night at Lawrenceburg, a $12,000
top prize was on the line in the annual running of the 'Whiskey
City 60.' Steve timed in eighth fastest in Group B during Lucas
Oil Late Model Dirt Series qualifying prior to placing fifth in
his heat race and third in his B-Main. The Richmond, Indiana ace
was then an early retiree in the 60-lapper and was officially placed
twenty-third in the 'Whiskey City 60.' Complete results from both
dirt venues can be accessed online at www.molerracewaypark.com

into Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, Ohio and Portsmouth Raceway
Park in Portsmouth, Ohio on August 18-19 for a pair of unsanctioned
special events. On Friday night in the $3,500 to win 'Ike Moler
Memorial,' Steve Casebolt placed sixth in the fast dash, but later
opted to pull off the rough racing surface after only one circuit
in the feature and wound up twenty-first at the pay window. At PRP
on Saturday evening in the annual 'Fred Dillow Memorial,' which
boasted a $5,000 paycheck, Steve won his heat race in preliminary
action and later blitzed past six competitors to score a strong
third place podium effort behind only victor R.J. Conley and runner-up
Jackie Boggs! Full results from both Buckeye State ovals can be
accessed online at www.molerracewaypark.com
and www.portsraceway.com.

Steve Casebolt Competes
in North/South 100 Weekend...
(August
13, 2017) Steve Casebolt and his #c9 team invaded the venerable
Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on August 10-12 for the 35th
Annual 'North/South 100,' which was once again sanctioned by the
Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. The three-day extended weekend
in the Commonwealth of Kentucky kicked off on Thursday night with
the 'North/South Shootout,' which boasted a $10,000 top prize and
drew a stout 67 car field. Steve qualified twenty-sixth fastest
in Group A during the qualifying session prior to running fifth
in his loaded heat race and fourth in his B-Main. Unfortunately,
those finishes narrowly kept him out of the 50-lap feature that
was ultimately won by Jimmy Owens.
On Friday evening, the 'North/South 100' officially got underway
with a double set of qualifying heat races at the Cincinnati-area
facility. Steve placed ninth in his first heat race of the night
and third in his final prelim race. The Richmond, Indiana ace then
drove to a third place effort in Saturday's B-Main, but that was
one mere spot away from a coveted transfer spot into the $50,000
to win headliner. Steve did later compete in the Non-Qualifiers
Race, which paid $2,500 to the winner, and walked way with a fourth
place performance. Complete results from the crown jewel extravaganza
can be accessed by clicking on www.lucasdirt.com.

Casebolt Pockets $4,000
for Ethanol Win at Plymouth Speedway!
(August
6, 2017) Steve Casebolt recorded his fourth feature win
of 2017 on Saturday night, August 5 in his first-ever visit to Plymouth
Speedway in Plymouth, Indiana! Steve qualified third fastest overall
during American Ethanol Late Model Tour time trials prior to placing
third in his heat race. After starting the 40-lap main event from
the outside of the front row, Steve led each and every circuit during
the feature distance to pocket the $4,000 windfall over Tim Manville,
Dona Marcoullier, Travis Stemler, and Tripp Gerrald. Earlier in
the weekend, the Richmond, Indiana standout ran second in both his
heat race and the $2,000 to win main event on Friday evening at
Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, Ohio, as he trailed only victor
Rod Conley at the checkered flag. Full results from both of these
races can be viewed online at www.aelmt.com
